It's since healed and hasn't torn anymore. I agree with Lindsey for you to see if you can get your hands on some Estrace cream to use topically. It's much better than the Premarin. Estrace is considered a bio-identical estrogen. It fits like a "key in a lock" with your own Estrogen receptors. It is so good for the vulvar skin. It can definitely make the skin thicker, tougher and give it back it's elasticity. Please do not "force" yourself to endure the pain of sex. It's not worth it and can set you up for associating pain with sex even when you are better. Is there any way you and your husband could go to counseling?
