It would appear that your doing things ok. You could increase the

mag if you wanted too. I don't think it's redistribution..I have had

that...and let me tell ya..you'll know. I usually get fatigue,

serious brain fog, can't think straight, headaches...moody.

Why your twinging I am not sure. Muscle twitching...I have that but

it's from a muscle disease not my chelation. You can follow the 3/4

schedule. Go by how you feel. Is yeast a concern?

What do you need the potassium for? It causes muscle twitching in me

due to a potassium aggravated msucle disorder I have. I would guess

that maybe it can do this to other people. But that's a guess. I

can't see any other supplement that is problematic.

I know all of us experience odd or weird symptoms with chelation.

You may find that this goes away in the next few rounds.

I suspect that the muscle twitching problem has to do with

insufficient Mg possibly combined with too much Ca.

What form of Mg are you taking? Are you dividing it into several

doses over the day? Is the total amount elemental Mg?

See " Amalgam Illness " starting on p 98. Note at the bottom of the

page " Taking supplementary arginine, glutamine and taurine may help

heal up the gut so that magnesium absorption improves. "

Let us know if you are finding extra supplementation helpful.
