manganese to raise low cholesterol

Has anyone heard of the idea of taking manganese to raise

low cholesterol? Anyone tried it?

This has been recommended to me. It is a *very* high

dose and makes me leery.

under certain conditions and even then to be used in moderation -

high levels are going to be a problem - he goes over this in AI

book. You can raise chlosterol in other ways, diet for a start.
