I began using E. & T. topically and vagifem...then my E. levels dropped more and I began using a patch....the E. patch impacted my T. levels...so now I don't use the topical T. anymore. The patch has definitely helped my sex drive... I don't have raging hormones, but it's nice to have a decent sex drive again.
