TK--- ALA works on its own but Dave was using it while he had

amalgams in place and not according to the protocol which will

increase Hg absorbtion into the brain and organs making one worse.

TK--- it doesn't but they do help reduce side effects and body burden

along with increasing excretion. Many people with high body burdens

need to start with dmsa or dmps before using ala.
