Please, when should I test electrolites again?

It has been around 4 weeks now since I started supplementing with 1200 of

potassium and a bit less than half teaspoon salt with water two times a day. I

tested at two weeks, when will I need to test again? During these period I have

been (I still am) adjusting T3 and cortisol doses (rT3 cleared about 1 month and

a half ago)and I don't know if these changes can affect electrolites as well.

These were my lab results before starting supplementation:

Sodium: 138.0 mEq/L (135-145)

Potassium 3.96 mEq/L (3.5-5)

And this the labs after two weeks of supplementation:

Sodium: 143.0 mEq/L (135-145)

Potassium 4.27 mEq/L (3.5-5)
