Guest guest
I suggest anyone interested in B12 or methylation in general may want to give this a try, as it has been helpful for me, my son, and others my doctor has tried it on. It is documented for autistic children, has helped my son and myself with depression and other things, and helps me on a variety of fronts: Get Scientific Botanicals Folirinse (liquid), and Perque activated B-12 Guard (2mg per tablet, sublingual, hydroxycobalamin) You take a B12 Guard tablet and place a drop of Folirinse on top of it. Put it under your tongue and let dissolve completely. Very tasty too. Can do two at once, every three hours. This maintains a 5:2 ratio of folate to B12. Well worth a try as it can have very good results. Can send you a link to a paper on this if you like.
