Guest guest
I have been all over Andy's books and can't seem to find much on this. I have done 12 rounds of dmsa, and it has been a year since amalgam removal. I tried ALA, and wowah, what a headache. I reduced the dose, and kept reducing it to 5 mg and going every three hours. Didn't matter, still crushing headache. I had to stop using it on that one round that I tried. I have not used it since. When I am mixing doses for my kids who can take it, I get headaches just from the skin contact of handling the ala. I am not sure what is going on, from what I gather...that means I am too toxic to use it?? I don't hear of too many people having trouble with ala and wanted to get a take on this. Per chance I am overlooking something. I am using AC protocol. Taking recomended supps. Low adrenal, low thyroid. Adrenal support, thyroid support, treating yeast, taking probiotics, taking chelation supplements, except selenium which also gives me headaches. Guessing liver issues, since I have chemical sensitivities. Using Milk Thistle. CBC shows high red cell count, abnormally small cells with pale color (hypochromic, microcyctic), probably due to long term Lead, as I have read. Hair test says Cadmium toxic, Lead and Mercury. Close to deranged. Thanks for any input.

Guest guest
I can remember Andy saying to add Mg to every dose when headaches are a problem. Check the Mg section of Amalgam Illness starting p 98 for supplements that help Mg retention and check his hair test book Mg section for low Mg symptoms.
