We just ordered a Frazer on a Dodge chassis we expect to have it by

September. We have had a lot of problems with the 6 liter Ford. We are

hopeful the Dodge will fare better. Our mechanic, as a Frazer rep uses a

heavy duty Dodge.

We have 4 Chevy Gas Units and they seem a little under powered. We will

be testing a Dodge Chassis in the next couple of weeks. The last one I drove

had lots of power with the " HEMI " engine but we want to do a little more

investigating before we commit to them. The Chevy Cab is also a little bit

smaller than the Ford and if your crew spends much time in the cab you will

hear about it. Hopefully Ford will move to put their V10 gas in a F350

ambulance package. (This is all for Frazer Units)

For those of you that do not know, the new emission standards for 2010

Diesel Engines are coming and they include a urea tank in addition to the

diesel tank. Do you research now if you are planning on purchasing an

ambulance

within the next year and buy it to be delivered before Jan 01.
