Guest guest
My GF has a inappropriate relationship for TSH and FT4. IE Low TSH compared to LOW FT4 according the the graph on p185. She obviously has all the symptoms of thyroid problems. Goiter, nodules weight gain, all of it. What do we do? Self treat with armour (how do you get it?) find a doctor that will work with you? That is going to be hard given everything is within limits. The only thing I can think of is bring a endo book with us and that graph and convince them that way that she needs to try some armour. Thanks

In secondary hypothyroidism (when the problem is improper signaling from the hypothalmus or pituitary) the TSH can be low, normal, or high. Google secondary hypothyroidism and find an official looking medical site to print off some information for her doctor. My TSH was consistantly low. I was prescribed thryoid medication based on symptoms. > She obviously > has all the symptoms of thyroid problems. Goiter, nodules weight > gain, all of it. >What do we do? Self treat with armour (how do you > get it?) find a doctor that will work with you? There are some 'good' thyroid doctors out there. Try looking through these links. http://thyroid.about.com/ https://www.endfatigue.com/home.nsf > That is going to be > hard given everything is within limits. I found an ACAM/orthomolecular medicine doctor who prescribed a similiar product for me (but be sure not to follow their creepy chelation protocols!!!) Guest guest
You can get generics which are almsot identical to Armour, Consider joining the natrualthyroidhormones forum. They will tell you how to get it...but you have to ask for the informaiton OFFLINE, and they have to recognize you as one of the members. ~Inga > That is going to be > > hard given everything is within limits.
