Not off topic, and not paranoid either. If you have a known problem

with Hg, then any exposure is too much.

I was also paranoid about this and no one responded to my post a few weeks back.

I took the risk and went to the dentist (a mercury-free one) for a routine

cleaning anyway-- it was while I was chelating, and all was fine-- no noticeable

side effects.

My fillings were taken out six months ago-- are yours out and are you

chelating?

What type of dental work do you need?

Is your dentist mercury-free?

No, I would have to drive an 1 and a half hours if I wanted to go back

to the mercury free dentist that removed my fillings! My mercury free

dentist had such a powerful vent in his office that I wouldn't be

paranoid about mercury lingering.

However the regular dentist in town, I need to have my teeth cleaned

in and I am very worried. I can't even go into chemistry labs anymore

without coming down with symptoms. So I figure I can't handle a

dentists office with poor ventilation.

If I come down with the typical dizzy, irritable symptoms from recent

mercury exposure (these symptoms usually last a couple hours) it

takes about 3 months for me to recover from it! I'm not kidding.
