How do you keep your nose clear?

Well, I just have this terrible problem of keeping my nose unstuffed.

Especially when I lie down my nose plugs up. I am taking Nasonex but it

It sounds like sinus which I am plagued with. I use a netty pot with warm salt water and flush my sinus a couple times a day. Blue Flyer, I use a Neti Pot every night

about an hour before bed time. It uses a saline solution and really

helps.

I was told about it years ago from my GP and then others on this board

mentioned it too. I found it at CVS.

It's not a drug so it's safe..also try the AYR products too. they help

keep nasal passages from getting too dried up from

the O2.

do you use a saline spray? some people on line use a netti pot. there is another saline think that i have seen in the store near the netti pots.

i just use the saline spray several times a day

now i have also started using the saline gel inside the tip of my nose with a q-tip
