Guest guest
To whom it may concern, I am writing in the name of EASPA's Foundation, a nonprofit organization. Our goal is o train people in First Aids, pre hospital care and Rescue. Our mission is: - Offer, in Latina America, the highest quality medical training needed to give the pre-hospital care that each emergency requires. - Offer our help in emergency situations, catastrophes or human disasters, through our volunteers. - Offer scholarships so that more people can do our training, and offer donations to other organizations in need. We are working on a Project to train Volunteer Firefighters of our country. We have already started with this, but we are looking for more funding to be able to continue with the project. These seminars cost around us$40 per person, and we wish to train 100 Firefighters from different Volunteer Fire stations of Buenos Aires. Hence, we would need us$4,000 to be able to do so. We got some funding, and we were able to offer some free seminars to Firefighters in Buenos Aires, Mendoza, Cordoba and Ushuaia, and train nearly 60 Firefighters. In our country, most of the times, the firefighters are the first ones to respond to an emergency. In many cases they don't have the necessary training to be able to do their job correctly. None the less, we have worked with them and we know they have the will to train, but it is very difficult to access this training. That is why we are seeking for support in Argentina and in other countries, to be able to keep offering these seminars, to be able to train as many Firefighters Stations in our country. We consider that our society will benefit considerably from the training of the Firefighters. Not only they will know more about the theory, but will be able to use it to make better and faster decisions to be able to save more lives in an accident. Hope you can help us in our quest. Thanks a lot. Tommy NREMT-B IV Swiftwater Rescue Technician E.A.S.P.A.'s Foundation - President Phone: E-mail: info@...
