Glad you are making progress

>Right now I am just taking 6 mcg of t3 when I take my HC. So, that will be

6.25*5 times a day, which is 31.A quarter of that wil be about 8 mcg. So, does

that mean I need to take at bedtime a higher dose than I take during the rest of

the day?

One of the doses when you go to bed is fine. don't worry about ratios

Yes

>I am kind of scared that I wiil sleep late and that my body will ran out of t3,

and because I don't have t4, it will ran out of the thyroid hormones and I will

just won't wake up. Is this possible? I mean, t3 works only for a couple of

hours, and if I will sleep for 10 hours, where will my body take its t3 from?

T3 lasts longer than a couple of hours!

We " use up " less when sleeping so that dose lasts longer as well.

T3 decays much slower then the interval we dose at, the idea is to

keep " topping up the level " before it drops too far to try and keep a

constant level. You can think of it as a kitchen sink with the plug

half in, it empties over a few hours. If you put a mug full of water

in every half hour the level stays pretty constant. If you put a

bucket full in when it's nearly empty then the total flow rate stays

the same but the level in it varies up and down more.

" A little T3 every few hours " keeps you feeling steady and is kinder

of the adrenals.
