Guest guest
1) The way I take either T3 or HC sublingually is to break the pill up with my front teeth, then shift the crumbs under my tongue and hold it all under (accumulating saliva and all) until everything is completely dissolved, then swallow. It takes 3-4 minutes for the crumbled pill to liquify. Is this an acceptable way to do sublingual? 2) Can I take BOTH T3 and HC at the same time? Can I take either with my B12? (The B12 would certainly make the T3 and HC a little less unpalatable...Both of those taste terrible!) One problem with taking them at the same time could be the timing...??? I'm just trying to simplify my life a little! Between the HC, the T3 and Temperature Charting, my timer is constantly beeping! Thank you!
