Anybody know why > this might happen? > I have exactly the same. Sauna stimulates the cells to put out toxins. Maybe also mercury so it results in redistribution??? Anybody know why > this might happen? > Part of it is heat stress, so you are recovering from stress just like you would be if you ran a mile, or had some sort of emotional stress, or some sort of financial stress. If you feel really crappy after sauna you are probably overdoing it (temp or time or humidity). Part of it is depletion of water and electrolytes.
