Guest guest
There are certain manual techniques involving pressure exerted around the base of the penis and/or perineum to prolong an erection and delay ejaculation. Has he/you ever experimented with those? Another thing that can help is to have your partner ejaculate before you have sex (the timing of that dependent on how quickly he can get back to arousal mode), so that the second time around (and your first) arousal and ejaculation time will not be as speedy. Obviously, this requires some pre- planning, but it can be quite successful. Just two thoughts. My pain is 80-85% gone although lately I've been having more clitorial pain too. I'm diagnosed with VV,IC,and IBS. I am also pre-menapauusal. Lately my partner has been having problems pre-ejaculating when we are having sex. My times to have pain free sex are limited so it is more fustrating to me when this happens. We've talked about it and he has tried pills but they take an hour to work and sometimes it's hard to plan ahead. I was wondering if anyone had any advice regarding this. Thanks! Guest guest
Try " the squeeze technique " as a search term. It basically is squeezing right below of the head of the penis and it kinda " resets " a guy. You also have to be a little understanding that if you aren't having sex very often, it can be hard for a guy not to get overly aroused when he finally gets a chance. Guest guest
have him ejaculate a short while before having sex. the second ejaculation (when you are having sex) should take more time to happen.
