How many fillings can I remove at once?

I am seeing my dentist on Wednesday in order to start the painful

process of removing the silver (amalgam) fillings; the question I have

is, how many can I get removed at once? The dentist wants to do 3 but

I don't feel right about it, what do you think? Also, should I be

taking any kind of supplements in preparation for the removal? Please

let me know your opinion, I would really appreciate it.
