Guest guest
- my sodium came in at 4 (12-90), my magnesium at 27 (35- 120), which give a ratio of .148. What can one do for low adrenaline? Is it just standard adrenal support (I take Isocort, Vitamin C & Celtic sea salt)? Or is there something else I should be doing? (My potassim & calcium were also very low, fyi). Thanks, > The Na/Mg ratio might tell you something. If <1, you are not making > enough adrenaline. For low Na/Mg, Andy suggests trying tyrosine, TMG, folic acid, vitamins B6 and B12. These can improve mood and energy. (see p. 254 of Hair Test Interpretation) If the Isocort and sea salt help, then stick with them. Many of us need those, or something along those lines. Of course vit C is important for all of us. --
