ALA only schedule .. what equals three days/two nights?

If I start at 6 a.m. Tuesday and dose every three hours into

Thursday ... when does the Thursday " night " start when I can stop? 6

P.M.? 9 p.m.? Midnight? Would love some clarification on what " three

days/two nights " means.
