Guest guest
Just my 2 cents here on anxiety. -For women, if you are on the pill it could be a reaction to that. I found that out the hard way. Even if you have taken it for a long time our bodies change and can develop reactions. -Make sure you remove or just distance all unhealthy people from your life. This can take a long time but start now. Sometimes the people we are closest to are making us sick because of the anxiety they cause us and we don't even realize it. -Never underestimate the power of meditation. It's been around for thousands of years because it works with no side affects!! -Simplify your life as much as possible! You probably don't have to fill up your schedule as much as you think you do. It's OK to say " NO! " sometimes. I've even stopped answering the phone for the most part. I let the machine answer and I call back if and when I can. -Lastly, be careful with caffine, especially coffee (even weak). We think it's helping us get through the day but for many people it can have negative affects. I used to feel much more anxiety in my life. After changing quite a few of these things...even with 4 school age kids...I have very little anxiety. Peace is a good thing and we all deserve it.
