Did you know that UM-NSU CARD is one of the Founding Partners of the Dan Marino Foundation WalkAbout Autism? This event raises funds to support CARD, the Autism Societies of Miami-Dade and Broward, the Dan Marino Foundation, and all of our local schools serving students with autism.

Over the last two years, this event has given CARD the funding to support a full-time educational support specialist in Broward County, a full-time adult services coordinator in Miami-Dade, summer camp scholarships, and our " Adopt-A-Classroom " and " If I Only Had the $$$ " Contests for local schools and teachers.
