Guest guest
I am one of those wierd people that feels great on ALA 100mg every 3 hours. It takes a while but normally by the 2 or so day I feel pretty good till I stop the round then I get redistribution symptoms. Does this suggest that I might be low in cysteine or gluthione? I do have gilberts syndrome which is problem with bile conjugcation. I was thinking of trying NAC for this reason. What does feeling better on ALA mean? (also I take ALOT of it compared to most on here) Thanks
