Guest guest Posted March 30, 2007 Report Share Posted March 30, 2007 Digestive enzymes, ascorbic acid, betaine hcl will help with absorption. Also make sure you are taking the supplements that need to be absorbed... Andy recommends a lithium supplement when the level is below detection limit. Orotate or aspartate are recommended. Na/Mg is low - tyrosine, TMG, folic acid, B6, B12 can help with mood and energy. Low potassium and low K/Ca suggest a thyroid problem. Serum testing will be more informative. -- > > POTENTIALLY TOXIC ELEMENTS > element result ref range color > ============================================= > aluminum 2.7 < 7.0 Green > antimony 0.014 < 0.050 Green > arsenic 0.024 < 0.060 Green > beryllium < 0.01 < 0.020 Green > bismuth 0.008 < 2.0 Green > cadmium 0.022 < 0.10 Green > lead 0.22 < 1.0 Green > mercury < 0.03 < 1.1 Green > platinum < 0.003 < 0.005 Green > thallium < 0.001 < 0.010 Green > thorium < 0.001 < 0.060 Green > uranium 0.006 < 0.060 Green > nickel 0.11 < 0.40 Green > silver 0.37 < 0.15 Yellow > tin 0.15 < 0.30 Green > titanium 0.27 < 1.0 Green > > ESSENTIAL AND OTHER ELEMENTS > element result ref range color under/over 50% > ============================================================ > Calcium 528 300 - 1200 green under > Magnesium 27 35 - 120 yellow under > Sodium 12 12 - 90 green under > Potassium 3 140 - 220 red under > Copper 13 12 - 35 green under > Zinc 170 140 - 220 green under > Manganese 0.06 0.15 - 0.65 red under > Chromium 0.39 0.20 - 0.40 green over > Vanadium 0.021 0.018 - 0.065 green under > Molybdenum 0.039 0.028 - 0.056 white - > Boron 0.93 0.30 - 2.0 green under > Iodine 0.17 0.25 - 1.3 yellow under > Lithium <0.004 0.007 - 0.023 red under > Phosphorus 159 160 - 250 green under > Selenium 0.85 0.95 - 7.6 yellow under > Strontium 0.99 0.50 - 7.6 green under > Sulfur 46600 44500 - 52000 green under > Barium 0.41 0.26 - 3.0 green under > Cobalt 0.003 0.013 - 0.150 red under > Iron 6.0 5.4 - 14 green under > Germanium 0.034 0.045 - 0.065 yellow under > Rubidium <0.003 0.007 - 0.096 red under > Zirconium 0.049 0.020 - 0.42 green under > > > > > > `Oddly, now I have alot in the red. ?? Andy says people with " all low " hair tests often feel better when they improve digestion/absorption. Digestive enzymes and betaine hcl will help. It's also good to be sure you are taking enough of the needed nutrients (otherwise improving absorption will not help much). > > Andy recommends a lithium supplement when the level is below > > detection limit. If you are not already taking B complex 3-4 times daily, that could help a lot. I would try that, at least. (Andy suggests a B50 is enough and what I do is split a B100 tablet in half.) The ones I mentioned above are additional things Andy suggests when Na/Mg is low. They may help with poor mood energy. -- Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
