Guest guest
I did'nt really do it at specific times. I did'nt nor would I do it orally I don't like the idea, but I suppose you can. What I did was rub it on my skin, in onibasi (the archive site) you can see where he talks about how much to rub on. It basically says 1 tablespoon has this much, about this much is absorbed transdermally so this is how much you use. Its like 5 dollars a tube at a pharmacy and you'll run through that pretty quickly. For $3.50 plus shipping you can get 10 mg x30 pills, so it is REALLY cheap if you need it. (overseas order through the source in the files sections). That is the safest way since I think it is Merck so its the real deal anyhow. Do you sub this on at specific times like with HC oral supplementation? Andy suggests 1/4ml of 1% or 1/2ml of 2% HC cream orally in such situations. Would that correlate with the dosages you mention? It is quite hard to figure out the conversion, and is it the same amount whether you take it orally or topically. Thanks, Dean
