Guest guest
Maybe keep a close watch on > other adrenal symptoms. > > ...would it still be adrenal fatigue if it was mostly noticeable/sensitive during rounds? When I started chelating without any adrenal support, my adrenal symptoms were always worse on rounds (I didn't realize what they meant at the time - figured it was chelation symptoms). Things got worse before they got better, because I let this go on too long. And worse again recently because I have been on less adrenal support. I'm trying HC this time instead of herbal stuff. > Also, what definitive tests are available to determine adrenal fatigue? > Thanks, Nahla The Diagnos-techs and ZRT saliva tests are considered by many to be reliable. I think Andy talks in the book about 24 hour urine cortisol as another option. You can also check Andy's discussion of symptoms in AI to see if they fit you. --
