Guest guest
> > Hi, all. I got 3 out of 5 fillings removed last Thursday, and I can already tell a big difference in the way I feel! My thinking is different and my mood is uplifted. I do feel like I am coming down with something, since yesterday. Maybe the removal stressed my system enough to lower my resistance. > > Anyway, I get the other 2 removed a week from today. I have had my adrenals tested in the past (low cortisol, high DHEA), and I am on adrenal support. I haven't had my thyroid tested though, and I am wondering how important it is to have that done before I start chelating. I do have cold feet most of the time and dry skin and other symptoms of low thyroid; however I believe my low adrenals are primary. > > Also, I am not sure if I am doing enough for adrenal support. My ND says glandulars and HC have pluses and minuses. I haven't discussed these with her yet, but plan to do so when I see her in March. I am taking tyrosine in the morning and afternoon, rhodiola, and I recently added licorice root in the a.m. (my blood pressure is always very low, but I will monitor it while I am on the licorice). Of course I am taking lots of vitamin C. I might start taking 500 mg pantothenic acid in the a.m. for the adrenals. I just haven't decided if I am going to spend 4 X the regular price to get the co-enzyme form, or if I will assume I am converting. Does this sound like enough, even though I am not doing glandulars or HC? > > Thanks, > Olif > > >
Guest guest
I would be certain to get thyroid support if it's warranted. A sluggish metabolism makes any detox much more difficult.
