The week after my cycle, I am not constipated. It gets worse as the month goes

on. My cycle has been come great since SCD. It lasts 3-5 days, no cramps, very

little PMS. My only complaint is they are 21-24 days apart. Before SCD, my cycle

lasted 7-10 days, I had cramps 2 days before it started and the first 2 days of

it, and I had the worse PMS. SCD has really regulated my cycle and it's

symptoms.
