Guest guest
Well metoprolol is one HUGE cause of RT3. And your RT3 is WAY too high. So is your T4. FT4 shoudl never be over 1.4 or it goes immediately to RT3., Reducing Erfa and adding in some T3 MAY help you but I think you will need to go to all T3 to clear this excess RT3. Getting rid of RT3 will help your cortils lkevels come down as well, but I would try some adaptogens as well to try to bring them down. Rhodiola and ashwaganda may help and dependoing oin sex hormones levels oyu might benefit from DHEA as well. DHEA adn testosterone both reduce insulin resistance so they shoudl be optimized asn you need to cut carbs down to abotu 60-70G a day. Thsi will help your insulin levels. -- http://nthadrenalsweb.org/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://faqhelp.webs.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/ http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/
