latest blood tests I see my doctor Thursday- suggestions Please comment

I have new blood tests... I am not on any HC or any kind of similar for

adrenals.

I believe I have adrenal fatigue. I gave normal blood sugar but now I have High

Insulin.

I am taking 2 grains of ERFA prometrium, metoprolo, Lexapro 5 (only a tiny

bit)

I have dreadful sleep problems, insomnia, and CFS, COPD, PCOS, mild blood

pressure problems.

My doctor says I am really fragile. I see her again on Thursday. My TSH is

very low, which is

ok with my doctor. My free T 3 shows a little high.

My doctor lets me go by symptoms.

TSH .OO6

Cortisol 27.7 range (2.3 - 19.4) I had it down to 12 about 8 months

ago just taking the thyroid meds.

Reverse T3 314 range (90-350)

Insulin 33.9 range (0 - 24.9)

Ferritin 133 up from 50 range 13-150)

Free T3 5.0 range (2.0 - 4.4)

Free t4 1.56 range (.82 - 1.77)

The cortisol and the insulin were not too high 3 months ago.

My cholesterol is down now from 238 - l77 so the ERFA thyroid is helping.

I am allergic to acacia the filler in Synthroid. I am also allergic to the

cellulose they put in

for fillers in medicines and vitamins. Any suggestions would be so welcome.
