I would take no more T3 today and see if temps come up at all. This may

be too much stress for your adrenals to handle. You could also try

stress dosing HC (10MG) to see if it brings your temps up and if it does

this would confirm this. If this is the case as I suspect, you will need

ot go MUCH slwer in raising T3. Have your temps been this low for long?

Have you had any recent extra stress?

My temps have been low for as long as I've been tracking them (at

least two years) but not as low as today. My average temp is never

above the mid 97s but I have had the odd one or two single temps of

low 95s to low 96s.
