Guest guest
..... just remember that sometimes even good stuff can cause issues for us. There were times that probiotics seemed to feed my dysbiosis causing additional issues.. This didn't make sense until I studied some. So I pulled back to bifidus only, cleared up symptoms then started to cycle the probiotics again. Some practitioners have you load at super high doses of probiotics, say 50-200 billion for a couple of day , then taper over the course of a few days to a normal dose, then off. At this point they wait and then start up another combination with another dosing schedule. The idea is that sometimes we have to go off probitics or switch them. For me I seem to get much more from them when I do this. And as for the digestive enzymes I even cycle these too. In fact, I change out most things periodically to keep from developing immune reactions to anything. Xymogen makes a product that did wonders for my gut. It's IgG 2000 DF. http://www.xymogen.com/xy_products.asp?code=000019 Speeded my gut recovery up. -AG Begin forwarded message: > I'm assuming that I should keep on with the probiotics and > disgestive enzymes since they're supportive.
