Guest guest Posted September 15, 2001 Report Share Posted September 15, 2001 well i cant say its genetics in my fathers case.. neither of his parents lived past 70 only one of his 8 siblings survived childhood.. my father had his appendix out his gall bladder out, his prostate out his stomach removed due to cancer.. and prior to that had a history of ulcers and several bouts with skin cancer all before he started taking vitamins over 25 years ago.. since then he has been extremely healthy so i doubt you can convince him that they are not of any use yes i do agree it could be genetics it could also be they didnt grow up eating junk food my mothers mother lived to be 96 but she came from the old country none of her children has lived past 80 i agree 80 is a ripe old age but its still 16 years less than she lived catherine Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
