Guest guest
I want to report what I believe to be noticeable improvements due to chelation. (1) I believe my liver pathways (possibly some of both phase 1 and phase 2) are working better, and (2) I have had three sets of very decent blood tests in the past seven months. I started to notice the improved liver pathways in December. First, I had some worsening in my reaction to smoke and hydrocarbons - I was smelling smoke/fumes everywhere and having tremendous worsening of anxiety related to these smells. Also was having overall a lot of symptoms of what I call " emotional excruciation " both on rounds and off. This has now gone away and I have noticed that (1) drinking green tea now has zero caffeine effect on me (for years this was the only form of caffeine I used for it's effect in helping me think better, but it also caused very physical anxiety and it was a balancing act), (2) I now tolerate black tea just fine (had rarely used this for many years due to the amount of caffeine), (3) I recently had one cup of regular caffeinated coffee that did absolutely nothing to me! (a few years ago this would have left me terribly anxious, trembling, and sick), and (3) I am having much less difficulty with side effects from antifungals, which should allow me to address my yeast problem more fully. I've also been able to start using a bit of progesterone cream. This is a bit more mixed, but I think some of the side effects are less than they used to be. These improvements have to be an effect of chelation. There is nothing else I know of that would cause such a substantial improvement in my liver pathways. Below are some typical lab results from a few years ago. I had CBCs every few months and the items below were nearly always out of range or at the bottom of the range. I also had some low RBCs, high eosinophils, low sodium and low anion gap. I had used a lot of supplements, diet, and lifestyle changes going back to 2000 in an effort to address these issues, without much effect. 8/6/2004 WBC 3.1 (4-11) L Hemoglobin 11.0 (11.7-15.7) L Hematocrit 33.3 (35-47) L Neutrophils 1.16 (1.7-6.7) L Monocytes 0.23 (.3-.95) L Globulin 2.3 (2.5-3.5) L Ferritin 4.45 (5-114) L In 7/06, I had a CBC with *everything* in range, not at the bottom, but into the low part of the range. (Except ferritin was still low at 5.) In 11/06, I had a CBC with low WBC and neutrophils again, but everything else was holding, still into the range, not at the bottom. (No ferritin done.) Last week 2/07, I had another CBC with still a low WBC and neutrophils, but everything else still good and even farther into the range. MCV, MCH, and MCHC are actually getting toward the high end of the range now. Best of all, my ferritin is 16! I had not been taking iron and my yeast problem has actually been worse lately, and yet somehow it seems I am better able to absorb iron from diet. To be fair, the improved lab results could also be due in part to changes in supplements and getting frequent acupuncture, which I've been doing since May, but the liver pathway improvements seem to me very directly due to chelation. What do y'all think? I think it's progress! --
