Nicotine is a drug that increases dopamine in the brain. I never heard of this

use, but, since nicotine is really a drug, it would be interesting to know how

this works, and if there are some more natural safer alternatives.

From a smoker who can't stop--dark chocolate or weak diluted coffee would be a much safer alternative.  You won't get the benefits from nicotine you think--just a 'crack' habit ;-). 

 

There has to be something else to fill that craving.
