Hi PJ,

I get the Whole Foods 365 brand Chunk Light Tongol Tuna with no added salt.

Ingredients are tuna and spring water. I feel that it is a safe brand. I've been

using it since early on in the diet and haven't reacted to it.

tuna. Some cans say only tuna, salt, water. Then there is the 2% rule....

Hi PJ -

I have been using the Costco Kirkland brand albacore tuna in water for

the past (almost) 2 years on SCD. They had an article about their tuna

in their Costco Connections magazine a few months ago that went into a

lot of detail about how they don't add anything to their tuna. Nothing

illegal is listed on the can, either, so I'm pretty sure it's a safe

bet.
