Guest guest
Before my tx, I was just like you, cold all the time. I wore wool all winter and spring and had it handy all summer. My average temp was around 96, or just above. When I watched TV, I had a small space heater going and a down quilt over me. It is exhausting isn't it? After my tx, I slowly got back to normal, but I still keep my woolies nearby. Spring will help, you will be able to sit in a patch of sunshine even if it is in the house. I also found it nice to have a sauna, or go to a greenhouse where the temp was kept high. I think it is better to be too cold rather than too hot. I can always get warm, but too hot is just too hot.
