Guest guest
Thanks Arne for the Happy rebirthday - it was Feb.11,2006 and I'm still doing well. Luckily I'm off prednisone but still have a high dose of prograff and still on cellcept. I was hoping to get off cellcept because I think it causes stomach bubbles, noises, bathroom runs. But this inconvenience is way better than before. A post to with regards to Noah. My heart goes out to you. The forgetfullness is unfortunately part of the disease or medicine I think. I remember driving my husband to the airport and sitting at a stop sign with no cars around. He asks me what I'm doing ... with a shake of the head I realize I was sitting waiting for the light to turn green - who knows how long I'd be waiting for the stop sign to turn green. That was a month or two before my first transplant. Needless to say you'll have to try to make sure he's not in any potential dangerous positions if his mind starts going blank. It will likely happen again.
