Round one done .... still feel weird

OK ... having some questions and concerns. As background, my chief

problem has always been muscle twitching and skin tingling. Amalgams

were all out in early June (I've never had crowns or root canals).

Hair test done in late June showed elevated mercury but met no

counting rules.

Started Round One last Tuesday (3 1/2 months after amalgam removal)

at 6 a.m., 6 mg. ALA only. Skipped no doses.

Day one: felt nothing

Day two: felt twitchy/tingly ... especially right around the time to

take the next dose.

Day three: felt much less twitchy/tingly ... last dose at 9 p.m.

Friday: felt twitchy/tingly

Saturday: same

Sunday: SAME

I have had NO other symptoms that presented in the past on and off.

No headaches, no tiredness, no salivating, no palpitations or slow

heartbeat stuff. The fact that I am still feeling the

twitchy/tinglys bothers me. Is this still redistribution? Did I harm

myself somehow? Did I just trigger the " dumping phase " ?

My husband has a relative who was a dental assistant that died of

neurological disease ... so I worry a lot about neurological stuff.

Could this also be (or perhaps be mostly) a vitamin/mineral issue? I

am taking all the AI supplements per the book ... but here are the

ones that maybe I should take more that could affect the

neuromuscular stuff:

B-complex .... 50

Magnesium ... 750

C ... 4 grams

Calcium ... 1500

Potassium ... 99 mg or mcg ... whatever the bottle says the

measurement is ... it's downstairs and I don't feel like running

down there ... you know what it means.

Do I need more of one or more of these ... in particular the mag? My

bowels are regular but I wouldn't mind going more and probably

should and I know the mag can keep things loose (OK that was gross,

sorry).

And mostly ... should I stay on the 3 on/4 off schedule ... or skip

a week (3/11) to let my stuff settle down?

Thanks .... K
