Being able to sweat that much in a sauna requires a pretty strong

adrenal response. I tried adding sauna to my detox program and had a

hard time sweating at all, and then once I could sweat, it just took

way too much out of me. I've been meaning to try it again now that I'm

on Cortef, but the experience was unpleasant enough that I'm a little

scared of it.

TK--- please do yourself a favor and do some research on saunas, I

believe this question has already been answered for you.
