Hello Group,

I just posted a hair test (#24a on Dean's site

http://www.livingnetwork.co.za/healingnetwork/hairtest.html. It is a

follow up to #24 posted last October. There are a few interesting

trends. Where the first one doesn't meet any of the counting rules,

this current one meets two and falls one short of meeting a third. It

also shows a more pronounced all low profile.

My supplement intake has remained constant and includes in 4 doses

throughout the day; Mega doses of B vitamins, 2000 C, quercitin, rutin,

800 mg calcium citrate, 800 mg magnesium citrate, 400 to 800 IU vit E,

Thorne Bio Min nultimineral without iron or copper, silymarin, acetyl

carnitine, lecithin, and flax seeds.

My diet has remained constant. I avoid gluten and lactose, but

otherwise eat a varied diet of organic whole foods.

My chelation schedule is 200 mg ALA and 50 mg DMSA taken every three

hours for a week on and then a week off. I prefer to be on round

because I always feel best. Sometimes I cut out the DMSA and only use

ALA.

My chemical sensitivities have improved dramatically. At the same time I

often feel like this hair test indictates. Depleted.

One concern I have is that I do long distance cycling and wonder if I

don't metabolize the ALA faster than every 3 hours with intense

endurance exercise. That could lead to redistribution, although I

haven't noticed symptoms.

Any ideas of why I meet counting rules now where I didn't before, or why

I show more depletion? Have you seen anything like this before 6 months

into chelation?

I was not following the group over the last 4 months due to time, energy

and concentration limitations, but it is good to be listening in again

to the various discussions.

Thanks much for your input.

H
