I was tempted to suggest a form of Stevia, but it has a rather acidic aftertaste. My endocrinologist put me onto Sucralose.I am allergic to Mannitol, which is used in "sugar-free" ice creamand sugar-free frozen yogurts. Stevia does have real possibilities,and is not a true sugar and is natural; I found Truvia to be the bestof these.
