Estrace and how to apply it?!

Hi Chelle: I have some Estrace cream at home for VV. I am in a catch

22. The vestibule hurts so badly, that if I try to touch the affected

area to apply the cream, I flair up miserably. I don't know how the

heck to get it up there without touching where it is supposed to go!!
