Guest guest
I am taking an online PALS-based course and need to get my skills verified by someone who has been formally trained in PALS. Is there anyone in the DFW/Denton area willing to help out? I have to complete this by tomorrow. (Yes, I know, I win the worst procrastinator award for this one). Anyone that would be willing to help out, thanks so much in advance! Guest guest
Any organization that teaches a totally online BLS or ALS course is NOT legitmate. All the legitmate CPR and ACLS online courses require checkoff with a certified instructor. There are LOTS of online courses out there, but the vast majority are not legitimate according to current guidelines. So they aren't accepted by most agencies or hospitals, and not qualified for CE. Guest guest
Two different things. ACLS Anywhere is a hybrid course as you describe, the HeartCode Program is self sufficient and the intubation requirement (i.e. tubing the head) can be turned off so that it is not a requirement for successful course completion if you do not intubate in your particular occupation.
