Social Skills Instruction

- B.L.A.S.T. EDUCATIONAL SERVICES ,  located at  9724 West Sample Road in

Coral Springs, is scheduling intakes now for our 8 week summer session which starts June

18th and runs through August 10th.

Presently there is  limited placement

availability for pre-k through 9th grade. Our social skills classes

target a variety of social interaction skills, conflict resolution skills and

stress management strategies for children at home, at school/camp and in the

community.  The classes meet once a week for 90 minutes after camp hours. Before placing a

child in a group, we conduct an informal assessment, which will pinpoint the

child's needs and assure that they are placed in the appropriate group that

will benefit them.  All children are placed in groups that are age, grade

and developmentally appropriate.
