Low DHEA-S. Will this convince dr something is amiss?

I just got back my first serum DHEA-s test. My dr (endo) does not

think I am hypo adrenal, but she only did a ACTH stim and no other

diagnositic tests.

I since ordered a test myself and the result is:

DHEA-Sulfate 40 ug/dL 32-240

This seems pretty low to me. I wondered what anyone has to say about

how low " nornal " the result is?

I hope this will help with my next Dr in securing me some cortef or

the like.
