The e-magazine, Thrive, sold at nomorecrohns.com is great too. and her mom

adapt recipes from cooking magazines for the SCD and share tips on traveling,

restaurants, food storage, saving time in the kitchen, etc. does include

some prepared foods in her recipes, such as Spectrum Mayonnaise, but I make my

own and follow the rest. I'm not affiliated with the website or magazine--I'm

just happy using their recipes and eating good food!
