Guest guest
We are considering a change in our uniforms for our field, supervisor and management staff. We have been reviewing a large number of products to see exactly what is available now days, and we have found a multitude of new products that, especially for us around here, really help employees better handle the heat stress while working outside. During this process, we have been discussing what type of uniform we would like to move forward with. We currently have our employees wear what we call " class B " uniforms which is a short sleeve button up uniform shirt with two pockets and patches on the sleeves along with " EMT Pants " which are the tactical style pants with several pockets on both legs. Our secondary uniform is a polo shirt which can be worn at night or as a 2nd uniform if the 1st one become soiled while on duty. A group of our employees are requesting to go to polos all the time with a class B style shirt just for the " dressy " times such as ceremonies and public information or education events. This has initiated a large amount of discussion and I would like to see what the trend is around the area so that we can utilize this information in assisting us in making our decisions. I have developed a really quick survey, it should only take 2-3 minutes if you folks wouldn't mind taking this time to help us out, I would surely appreciate it. As others do, I would be happy to share the results so if you want to see them, please include your email address in the last question. http://www.surveymonkey.com/s.aspx?sm=fGz05dhKtIFD55MsJQkJyQ_3d_3d Dudley " EMS does not save lives.
