Guest guest
Now that I had appropriate testing, my adrenals are low, but functioning. I need to keep them supprted. I saw someone recommend this non soy product. Val suggested the Phosphatidyl for me becasue of the high midnight cortisol and I'm going to do that. Any brands recommended by folks. I spent a lot of time at this site last night trying to sort through products. http://www.herballoveshop.com/ Pat wrote --I will do the seriphos I have - the non-soy phosphatidylserene. Pat, is this where you get yours?? here is the link I find for seiphos http://www.lifeextensionvitamins.com/serphosser.html This is the right stuff for lowering that midnight cortisol and dealing with insomnia.?? Reading up on the nonsoy Phos, I don't see contraindications for me. Guest guest
OUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She at least has some med insurance, not as good as what she had before. But we've got a pretty cool pcp and he generally humors me. Besides, he's in general a decent guy and since Karyn is a medical professional (RT) I think he'll do the blood draw for her. Especially since I can show him my blood thyroid and saliva's from my shrink and Diagnostechs. This guy actually referrs out to a Chiropractor who does blood food allergy testing. don't have $$$$$$4 for that yet. I'm convinced there is something hormorne wise going on with her. At one point, docs wanted her on BC pills to regulate cycles. I put her on cream for 4 months and she's been fine ever since. Maybe that's why she will occasionally listen to her " mummkins " She came up with that name for me.... Less than one week and she'll be home from Rock Springs Wyoming with it's 90 bed hospital back to the big city hospital.......... at least till they ship her somewhere else. kc in az
