Guest guest
I started with the book for the first six months or so. Later I found it on the web. The recipes were easier and the intro is more flexible because I couldn't tolerate very much at all. I never really followed the stages because by that time I was finding out what I could tolerate. I could never do butternut squash or pumpkin, etc. but could eat baby lima beans which are advanced, etc. I noticed a lot of adults on there for all kinds of reasons. I like the recipes--can't lie there. It's geared towards kids but for anyone who can't eat the intro foods, the ideas on pecanbread are much less strict.
